Did not receive good service, even for pick-up. Workers can be more attentive, responsive, and welcoming. No one greeted me, no one asked me what I needed when I waited at the counter waiting for pick-up, and no one apologized when I spoke up about waiting. When I entered, workers immediately stopped chatting, continued "working and cleaning", and walked to the back without acknowledging me. I found out later than I should have that my drinks were already ready- they've just been sitting in the fridge the whole time! A female worker even started putting things away in front of me but didn't ask me what I needed or even say hello. No one was smiling - does customer service not exist here? There was one male worker who worked cashier to help the next person and told me to have a nice day. I'd hate to recommend this location to anyone, the negative energy from the workers really does rub off on the customers.
Not to mention, floors were sticky and unmanaged. Workers seem to really hate their jobs.
I'd rather drive a little bit to Quail Hill.

It was better in the past, the juices does not taste as good as it used to for some reason, and today I payed for extra chia seeds in my drink but they forgot it.

Pre-ordered 30 mins prior to coming to the Irvine location. My order was still not ready upon my arrival. Had to wait an additional 15 mins. This has happened multiple times at this location.

I come here 3 times a week for açaí bowls, the manager use to be this gentleman and I can’t remember his name but he was amazing his staff was amazing we even gave 50 dollar gift cards for Xmas last year to employees, but man this location has gone down the tank, apparently there’s a new manager named Monica I won’t say the gentlemen name to be nice but he was a complete you know what, we order ahead on our bowls and are particular because my kids have allergies when I picked the bowl up I asked if there was banana in the base she said no, well we tried it both my husband and I and there was banana in base we eat these three times a week we can taste, it was a busy Saturday and the dude refused to remake it and said how dare I ask to jump in front of the line umm excuse me I ordered ahead and YOU made it wrong your mistake not mine so he’s making me wait 35 min for mine, refused to refund me and said I could be put on a notebook for credit, unacceptable these kids are not trained properly
Broken promises. The right expectations need to be set. Waited 20 minutes past promised time for order to be done. Only one employee seemed to be experienced and other two training.

Not good this time. We ordered a pumpkin spice smoothie. It took them almost 20 minutes to make it and there was no one before us. The smoothie was watery and did not taste anything like pumpkin.
