Had to wait 15 minutes after pickup time for 1 smoothie. Had to talk to team member to get them to start working on it. Great smoothie, but wait was too long.

The experience and service was great; however, my usual Toxin Flush has not tasted like it did in the past. This is my favorite drink with Tumeric shot and the last two visits were not so great in taste. A little disappointed for a costly drink.

Juice was ready and waiting in the fridge but the second part of my order wasn’t made yet. Waited a few minutes but customer service was still great. Will return to this location, but will give them more time to prepare my order since I go here during my 30 minute lunch break.

Did not get what I ordered. The app did not reflect what they had in store so when I received my order it was incorrect. After I called they did nothing to fix it.

The 2 girls working today had no customer service. Did not greet me as I came in. The one making and serving my beverage literally said nothing to me during the whole exchange. The second girl, made no eye contact and acted as if i wasn't even in the store.

I love Nektar but the overall attitude and energy at this location is HORRIBLE, we all go there only bc of the location. But the staff is very very low energy. Weird experience usually - this is voiced from all staff across the way at venture park.

Hello, I was very hesitant to come back since my last visit (2weeks ago). My drink was very bland. I come here weekly for the toxin flush with turmeric and 2weeks ago my drink was off. The store was busy so I didn’t want to complaint as I was in a rush but felt it was a waste of purchase. Overall, I love your store and being coworkers, friends and family here. Maybe it was a training period.
