I personally have always loved coming to Nekter and never had an issue with any location. Im not sure if its do to a new staff but everything i ordered had an issue. The regular acia bowls were so minimal barely a quater of the bowl was fill with acai fruit sat in side the bowl rather then on top. My berry alomond smoothie tastes off and kind of grossed me out. Everything cost arround $10 each. My family and i felt scammed.wont be going back yo yhis location.

Full Nekter menu is not offered at this location. Peanut butter bowl is one notable menu item not available here. Not sure why... As far as I could tell, all the ingredients were present.

$15 for an açaí bowl. Get out of here.

Great experience creating my own bowl. Definitely better than other Nektars I’ve been to. Would love if you carried protein power bowls tho. 🤙🏻

Ordered on the App, items were ready at the time stated. Bowls were well prepared and taste delicious.

Always great service at this location, super friendly staff and consistently good bowls and smoothies.

I like the experience i just wish that the basic bowl options would be available to choose from on the app not just the build your own bowl.

Unfortunately, the store forgot 2/3rds of my order. Specifically the oatmeal bowl and the banana that I paid for. This is the 3rd time I've experienced this at this location.

I ordered ahead through the app. I arrived after the time it was supposed to be ready, but they didn’t pull my ticket and start my order until I said my name for pick up. They forgot 2 of the 3 items and I had to ask for them to be made. I asked for a spoon for my açaí bowl and the employee told me they were out. How do you expect me to eat an açaí bowl without a spoon? The employees were less than friendly as well. What was supposed to be a quick pick up and go was an unfortunate experience overall.

Customer service was good but there is work needed on the app to order. My order requested a mix of acai and ube base. Went to pick up and was notified that the store has been out of the ube base for about a month but it still shows on the app as an available option to choose. Please fix this as this is misleading. You should only offer items you have in stock.

I bought 2 large bowls for pick up and one of the toppings I asked for was vegan chocolate chips. In my haste to go home, I didn’t double check and found that there were no chocolate chips on my bowls.

Don’t come to this location. They replaced their bowl menu with build-your-own only and jacked up the prices. $15+ for a large bowl with basic toppings…. And if you do try to build a bowl most of their options are sold out… Definitely pick another location!
