The store is already very clean. My juice never tastes like what it isn’t so they seem to do a good job of cleaning/rinsing the machine between orders. The staff is always polite and efficient.

I came in for a smoothie, but the service was really poor. No greeting when I walked in, and the slender white girl who helped me had a mean attitude. I couldn’t find the juices on the menu because I didn’t have my glasses, and when I asked for help, she just vaguely pointed at the board. When my drink was ready, they didn’t even say anything. Both employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. This place seriously needs to train their staff on basic customer service—starting with simply greeting customers. I won’t be coming back.

My order was ready on arrival which was nice. This was my first time using the app.
I was hoping to buy some of the regular ready made juices, but this store is trying a new product line. So I didn't get juices I wanted but will try the new ones.

Service experience was great however the product received was lacking. I did not like the drink that was ordered. The ginger was too overpowering and masked the other flavors. Rather than a delicious green juice, I had a spicy ginger drink.

Be careful if you have a nut allergy. My daughter reacted after drinking Pink Flamingo, which should not contain any nuts. I triple-checked the ingredients. We were confused and in panic when she threw up after a sip of juice. Staff said that I should have mentioned her allergy so that they could thoroughly wash any nuts remaining in their shared blender. I think that their food treatment is not safe. Are they selling real healthy drinks?No trust and big disappointment!

They didnt know how to juice the stuff for the greenie. It was warm as can be. And didnt know any orders- again nothing has clearly changed with you guys

Ordered ahead. Juice wasn’t ready. Took them 15 min to get my sloop and I was late back from my lunch.
I told them and they were just talking and taking their time. Small frozen burnt ice cream. Was not happy with my experience today
