Emily always makes my juices just how I like them. Great staff at this location

I had a mobile order and had to edit a bit after the time allotted. The smoothie was super thin. The last couple I’ve ordered have been that way. Not sure if you have new machines? they are super over blended. Smoothie should be a little thicker than the juices I would think.

I ordered through the app and my husband picked up, since I am not feeling well. When he arrived home I asked where my juice was. Apparently the worker gave him the prepackaged items and forgot the juice. So he had to drive all the way back to get it. Pretty disappointed as this is my first time ordering through the app. Guess it’s better to order in person

4th time coming here and every time I would give them benefit of doubt that they are just having an off day. But every time I have come they were out of at least 1/2 of their ingredients or toppings for their bowls & smoothies. Also I have never seen a dirtier juice bar with stickiness and just dirt all over, from their counters, to equipment to the floors. Doesn’t seem like the place gets cleaned at all, not very sanitary for a food place.

Last week I ordered 1 juice at 11:00- by 11;15 it wasnt ready Ihad to leave for work. I asked if they could refrigerate it until I returned 3 hours later. Later It wasnt to be found!! I was in a hurry and I waited again…Then your staff suggested that I was trying to get a free juice. So Frustrating! I yelled, then apologized and left a $5 tip. Lol

Really nice outside dining area, and their smoothies taste really good. If you have the money to afford it, Nectar Juice Bar is a good outing.

Juice was ready and waiting in the fridge but the second part of my order wasn’t made yet. Waited a few minutes but customer service was still great. Will return to this location, but will give them more time to prepare my order since I go here during my 30 minute lunch break.

Everyone is very polite and very friendly, I enjoy picking up my juice at this location

I ordered my juice 30 mins ahead of time and when I arrived it wasn’t ready. I had to cancel my order because they told me with was going to be a while until I got my juice.

I love Nekter Juice. Best juice store, IMO.

I ordered a natural greenie juice and as the employee on the other side was about to start making my juice I asked him when was the last time he rinsed his juicer since he was picking away dry old pulp, the employee said Oh I rinsed it a little while ago, he proceeded to making my juice and he uses a measuring container that already had old juice sitting there for I don’t even know how long…. After he was done making my juice I felt so disgusted I couldn’t even drink it not knowing what kind of bacteria I would be putting inside my body. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the so called supervisor by the name of Tajwab said that I wasn’t going to threaten him by calling corporate, I told him that I FELT THREATENED AS A CUSTOMER PUTTING his juice in my body. I will allow everyone to see for yourselves and make a smart decision with your health. Making sure vegetables are properly washed is so important because it can be a health hazard if vegetables are consumed without proper care. The young kids they hire clearly don’t care for your health and you can tell they hate their job. Please keep those kids out of your restaurant or else it’s going to have customers like myself not trust your location or your known named brand.

Not very attentive, but the juice was good.

I love Nekter & this location is great. Always quick service & yummy juice. Customer service is decent but not anything great.

Ordered through the app and there is nothing better than your orders being ready before the time that was stated. Juices were amazing as usually.
