I absolutely love this location of Nekter. They prep orders fast, even in the busy lunch hours. The staff and people are awesome, Delaney and Melia are super kind and their friendliness is contagious. Love this place, solid 10/10 açaí bowls

My pb&j bowl was missing half the ingredients. No chia jam, agave, or peanut butter on top.

Customer service was really bad. I walked in super happy and excited because I really wanted an Acai Bowl.
I said hello with a big smile and told the young lady (slender white girl). I wanted the large Acai Bowl 🥣 with acai at the bottom. I then told her I wanted only strawberries & and blueberries, and she said, "You can give the the toppings later!" I said oh OK I'm sorry. My husband ordered his acai bowl afterwards. We paid and walked over to the toppings.
The young lady started making my husband's bowl first. He told her he wanted granola at the bottom and at the top. She then says it's an extra fee. Do you want it, it's an extra fee?! I told her yes, we want it. I then told her, that's why I tried to tell you at first what we wanted on our acai bowl. We paid the extra $2.
The young lady started making my acai 🥣. I told her I only wanted blueberries and strawberries 🍓. She made my bowl, and it literally was half the bowl! WHY DID I PAY FOR A LARGE BOWL, if I was getting regular size?!
I gave it 2 stars because the acai bowl was actually really good, I just wish the customer service was the same.
Maybe she was having a bad morning, but that's still not excusable to treat people poorly. I still want my other half of my acai bowl. Pictures are their to prove it. Your pictures on your site don't look like mine.
The manager read my review and told me to email them. I emailed them to no avail. I guess that's just how they run things 🤷🏾♀️
I changed my star rating because this establishment doesn't care. Why read and reply to my comment with please reach out to us and email when you never respond?

Customer service was really bad. They don't have any lids for their bowls, which spilled over. The manager should take a class in customer service.

Low energy, no participation with customers banter and bowl was messy dripping around the edges making fingers sticky with no napkins provided.

During Covid a staff member gave me attitude for not wearing a mask. I took a long break from visiting your store because of her condescending attitude.
Now I see some new faces and they were friendly and prompt.
I appreciate the cleanliness and decor of the store and will continue to visit. Today I went in for an $8 bowl and ended up paying $14.75?
