Great service and bowls

I did an online pick up so did not have much interaction w/ employees. This was my first time trying Nekter. Since I didn't choose all 3 fruits I wish they would've added more of the fruit I did choose since i'm left just eating the acai itself. I don't know if I would go back.

This location was out of the majority of the toppings for the bowl I ordered. They also said they were not able add whey protein because the location did not blend anything. I order from here about a month ago and they were able to make the PB&J bowl with added whey without a problem. Or they just didn’t tell me last time that they couldn’t. I’m also not sure if I was charged for what they could not add.

I was really bummed to find out AFTER I depart and am eating my bowl that this location is OUT OF coconut cream. No one told me at pick up or prior to making my online order. They just made it without it. I called and they said they’re w and they don’t know when it’s coming back. This is the only nektar thet I know of that sold this. I REALLY hope they bring it back. My daughters and I would order the Acai/coconut cream bowls 2-3 times per week.

Preorder a large Açaí bowl. Serving portion was much smaller which barely granola. I asked if they could add some and I was told that they couldn’t. The employee went onto say there’s a store shortage and wasn’t allowed to add more. I have noticed a change in management and employees. I shopped at this store several times a week in the past but have reduced my visits because the employees are much LESS friendly, portions are smaller and the employees don’t seem to enjoy being there.

I always enjoy Nekter and the freshness of the bowl. My only complaint this time is the person making my bowl was a bit rude.

You know what I love that Lazy Bird does and has an advantage, they put a little granola at the bottom of their bowls. It’s such a game changer and it tells me as a customer they’ve thought about the construction of the bowl. Plus you’re all done your granola by the end so it’s feels like “second drink”. It feels so thoughtful. Just thought I’d share. Also, stronger spoons would be nice and noticeable.

Usually like going and getting a bowl but the bowl I purchased this time was filled way less than it should have been. I bought a large and it was way less than half filled even with toppings. I wasn’t greeted and I wasn’t offered a bag for my purchases when I received them. Young woman just left them on the counter didn’t say anything and walked away like it was an inconvenience. Not the greatest experience.

Usually when I order açaí bowls they are filled right to the top, makes you really feel like you’re getting the most for your money. This time we got 2 lathes and they were maybe an inch from the top filled :(

The employee was super nice, she was just overworked, definitely need at least one more employee in the morning hours. It took over 45 minutes for 1 açaí bowl, 1 smoothly and two celery drinks.

I wish there was a better pickup area. I had a mobile order but there where other people standing near the pickup area and I didn’t want to cut in front of them, then other people just come in and cut because no one knows if they ordered online or just waiting for their order. Would be good to have a clear door fridge with peoples names so you can just pick up your order and go. Also this location for some reason the açaí blend tastes so different from all other locations, it’s super super sweet

My bowl was made incorrectly and did not have the toppings I ordered

I cannot comment on speed or service because I placed an online order and my colleagued picked it up. My order was the make your own bowl option and it was missing blue chia, blueberries, and strawberries.

The dragon fruit bowl was incredible!! Vanessa prepared it perfectly to my liking. I will be coming here again.
