my bowl was missing the strawberries

I think they left the almond butter out of my bowl but otherwise it was excellent

Perfect texture of Pitaya bowl! My kids have Nekter regularly, but first time at this location and they LOVED it! Every modification to the order was met with flying colors and best of all, it was ready to pickup right when I arrived. The employee who handed it to me was very polite, stepping aside to help me when I walked in and I am pretty sure had a smile on his face under his mask. Will be back!

Delicious açaí bowls!

Bowl was only half filled and banana was brown - called to complain and “shift manager” did not seem properly trained to deliver satisfactory customer service - clearly there is no process in place

This specific nektar knows how to make the acai bowls properly. Everywhere else I have gone, it comes out more like a slushy than a bowl :)

It was my first time trying and hearing out this place. I placed an order online and it was quick and easy. The service upon my arrival was humble and very sweet. I enjoyed my cold chia bowl.. . I

Love coming here, the service takes too long sometimes even when I make a mobile order. When I come in, my bowl is never ready, I always have to wait.

The store was busy so I did not quite get the order in as friendly of a manner as would be ideal but they were polite just rushed. Love the build your own bowl of this store.

Placed an online order for Popeye Acai. Online Ordering for that specific item did not give option to omit items like other offered items. Had to call the store to revise my online order. Employee was apologetic, and made sure that my order is made accordingly.

Rude staff on both visits. Inpossible to order a standard bowl. Avoid this toxic place

It was great! I placed my order and paid on the app which is soo easy the picked it up on my way to work. Thankful that this location is open during this time. And my bowl was perfect!
