Something is off with the coconut yogurt topping on the bowls...It's almost liquid and has a funny taste

The menu is pretty pricey for what you get. The açaí lacks topping options. The juices are actually like 8oz but they say 16oz because it’s filled with ice.

My experience ordering smoothies has been great! Unfortunately, I haven’t had the same experience with the bowls. I will continue to visit because the quality is great!

My experience was at a very high level. Great job! Keep up the good work. I especially appreciated the explanation for the store remodel to a Bowl Bar test store. Very interesting and appreciate the transparency because I'm a fan and like to know if/what changes there might be to my favorite products and stores.

I tried to order a bowl from The Square location and it didn't give me that option so I wasn't able to mobile order what I really wanted. Please provide the App update so I am able to order a bowl from this location.

The employees are very friendly and courteous, the store is always clean, and service is timely. However, on 3 separate occasions I have had a large frozen inedible chunk of puree(?) in my almond butter bowl. I tak my bowls back to the office to eat, so I cannot ask them to fix it. It is disappointing as this bowl is over $10.

Part of the acai in the bowl was still frozen and not blended. The cashier helping me was not very friendly but did help me quite quick. Usually everyone is very friendly and there are no issues. I love scheduling orders with the app, it is so convenient.

I usually go to the one in quail hill but started coming here on Friday’s. I do online orders it’s more convenient for me and I live that. I would recommend cleaning off the bowls when you give them to costumers I constantly get bowls with the product all on the outside from both locations. Consistency is always important how much you get in the bowl is never the same and the bowls sometimes are very runny like a smoothie. Also acknowledging a costumer when they walk into your place would be a great touch.
