Everytime I order from the app and come to this location it take about 5-10 minutes longer to get my order from the estimated time on the app. Its frustrating and has made me late to work a few times.

There’s only one employee who jumps anytime there is someone at the counter for an online order and she only works In the early am (she may be the Mgr) Not one other staff member tries to see what’s needed when you approach the counter. Mind you I’ve placed an online order everyday for the past week and a half. At times it seems like they are purposely taking longer to even ask you if you placed an online order. This could def use some improvement. 5 stars for the only blond lady who jumps to help us online orders!

Every morning, when I pick up my juice, is super pleasant. The girls are efficient, friendly/personable, and accommodating. The juice always tastes great and it's just a perfect start to my day, so thank you so much!

The service today was excellent. The online order system works great for quickly pick ups. The cashier lady. I don't remember her name she shorter than the other female servers. She gives great recommendations and is very quick to get my order ready after ordering online.
