Nekter Juice Bar - Irvine

I love Nekter and their staff. The only thing for the irvine location is maybe there aren’t enough staff at certain points of the day. Also if there are any solutions to containing the sound of the blenders. Just something for future reference but understand that’s the nature of the beast. And for the app in general…redeeming deals can be a bit confusing to apply to order I always end up redeeming it before I actually order. Thanks!

12:30, walk in and they're closed bc too many online/app orders and not enough staff to handle it, even though there were 4 people working.

I ordered a natural greenie juice and as the employee on the other side was about to start making my juice I asked him when was the last time he rinsed his juicer since he was picking away dry old pulp, the employee said Oh I rinsed it a little while ago, he proceeded to making my juice and he uses a measuring container that already had old juice sitting there for I don’t even know how long…. After he was done making my juice I felt so disgusted I couldn’t even drink it not knowing what kind of bacteria I would be putting inside my body. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the so called supervisor by the name of Tajwab said that I wasn’t going to threaten him by calling corporate, I told him that I FELT THREATENED AS A CUSTOMER PUTTING his juice in my body. I will allow everyone to see for yourselves and make a smart decision with your health. Making sure vegetables are properly washed is so important because it can be a health hazard if vegetables are consumed without proper care. The young kids they hire clearly don’t care for your health and you can tell they hate their job. Please keep those kids out of your restaurant or else it’s going to have customers like myself not trust your location or your known named brand.

Not very attentive, but the juice was good.

Came here twice because it so close to work. Both times order took much longer than typical and both times I had to remind them of something missing. A shot or a drink.

I had to get one of the items ordered remade i trashed the other.

Tasty and fresh ingredients. I have always been happy with the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for great food.

Experience was great. I ordered a smoothie via the app. When I got there it was already prepared and I appreciated that is was refrigerated until the moment I got to the store. I was worried about mobile ordering as I didn't want the smoothie to be melted by the time I picked it up. It was perfect and my specifications were followed.
