It was my second time here and I had the cold brew PB protein smoothie. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, so I have been checking out a lot of smoothie places and this one has been the best so far. Their regular PB smoothie is also very delicious!!! I used the app and my drinks have been ready before or by the scheduled time :)

They’re food handling at this location is the best of all Nekter locations I’ve been to. They actually switch out their gloves and they’re actually friendly here. Best location in OC.

Store is clean but feels a bit lost when you are just standing there waiting to be addressed. I know its a busy store but being greeted is a must for businesses.
My other concern is with the final product. Do the blenders get rinses after each use? I ordered a coconut cream base for my bowl and there was acai residue in my bowl. When I inquired what it was they told me it would be the same if they would remake it. I've gone to other stores before and this is a first for me to be told that. I was not satisfied with the service provided or my bowl. Service was quick -I ordered through the app and I am happy with Nekter but customer service as this location needs some polishing.
