Last week I ordered 1 juice at 11:00- by 11;15 it wasnt ready Ihad to leave for work. I asked if they could refrigerate it until I returned 3 hours later. Later It wasnt to be found!! I was in a hurry and I waited again…Then your staff suggested that I was trying to get a free juice. So Frustrating! I yelled, then apologized and left a $5 tip. Lol

I ordered both of my drinks with ice and when the girl made them there was no ice. I asked her if she could pour them into cups with ice and she scoffed at me and said “uhm I can give you a cup of ice on the side” and gave me one small cup of ice.

The customer service was fine but they got my order completely wrong. I didn’t realize it until I got home but the bases were wrong. Maybe do a better job of double checking the order before making them?

Seemed to take a long time to get the drinks ordered. Prepared separately, one after another, so had to wait while second drink prepared well after first drink was provided.

Really nice outside dining area, and their smoothies taste really good. If you have the money to afford it, Nectar Juice Bar is a good outing.
