ordered my drink 45 min before to be picked up at 11:30, it was 11:40 when i got there and my juice was still not made (there was no line or anything) they apologized and helped get it done. I didnt drink it until i pulled away and they gave me the wrong juice :( And i used my free coupon on that so it was a waste. Usually they are better.

I cannot comment on speed or service because I placed an online order and my colleagued picked it up. My order was the make your own bowl option and it was missing blue chia, blueberries, and strawberries.

I have been going to this location for quite some time now and I always enjoy the service I receive from both Vanessa and Emily. They always greet me when I enter the store and are extremely personable. This location is also my favorite because I can create my own bowl and customize it the way I choose.

I have been going to this location for the past 18 months and spending between $150 to $200 a month between a few locations. I order the same few thing every time I order. I order the usual today and it did not taste as the same as normal. Emily the manager was arguing/questioning my me about the taste, and it was like pulling teeth to have he make me a new one, 2nd one taste worse that the first one. This is the first time this has happened, this location has been thought three separate managers since I have been going! Very disappointed in the service and the attitude I got from a MANAGER! I will never spend another dime in this location, which I go almost every day!

There were 4 people behind the counter making orders and no one greeted when I came in. I could see they were busy. After giving a few people orders and still not being acknowledged standing at the mobile pickup counter, I caught the persons attention before they walked away and they were able to reach into the fridge and give me my order. Maybe these guys need a bit of training, a couple prompts for busy times. Acknowledging a customer and letting them know they will be with you shorty rather than head down avoiding eye contact will go miles.
