I frequent this location regularly and am always pleased with my drink order. However, today, the quality fell short. I usually order a Peanut Butter Health Nut. It tasted watered down today. I am very familiar with the taste and it just didn't quite make it. This is the only reason I gave my order today "9's" instead of 10. This has never happened at this location; it will not prevent me from going back but felt it necessary to give this feedback.

Usually when I order açaí bowls they are filled right to the top, makes you really feel like you’re getting the most for your money. This time we got 2 lathes and they were maybe an inch from the top filled :(

Normally all has been well. But today was odd because I stood at the pickup counter for a few minutes with the team busy about, but no acknowledgement. Once it was my turn, it was clear my item was ready and within reach, but took a few min of silence to get there

The employee was super nice, she was just overworked, definitely need at least one more employee in the morning hours. It took over 45 minutes for 1 açaí bowl, 1 smoothly and two celery drinks.
