A customer should not have to ask for help. It should be offered along with a warm greeting it is not that hard. I am going to stop tipping until there is an improvement

The smoothie wasn't made very well. I got the same as always, tropical cooler, and had to chew it, it either had too much kale or coconut and wasn't blended enough.

Many items in the order were missing. Needed to let the employees know, they didn’t even catch it. Luckily we did before we left. We also were missing any fruit in our refreshers.

I placed an order through the app 45 mins before pick up. It wasn't ready when I went to pick up and had to wait an additional 15 mins past pick up time. When I finally got my drink, it wasn't as good as it normally taste.
