My experience has definitely been a pleasurable one. The staff is highly attentive, they know me by name, face and order, and typically have it ready and available for me even when very busy.

Ordered online. Picked up. However when I arrived no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I stood at the counter and watched the associates working funny how there was no one in there. I could have at least been greeted with a hello welcome in. I’ll continue to visit the Nekter near my home and won’t go here during work days

This location was out of the majority of the toppings for the bowl I ordered. They also said they were not able add whey protein because the location did not blend anything. I order from here about a month ago and they were able to make the PB&J bowl with added whey without a problem. Or they just didn’t tell me last time that they couldn’t. I’m also not sure if I was charged for what they could not add.
