When I arrived, the only employee working was not taking orders through the register, however asked all customers to place their order online. Once I placed my order online, it was an additional 30 minutes for my order to be complete. The communication, service and timeliness was extremely poor.

Another great visit, they were incredibly busy during lunchtime but were able to get the orders out in a timely manner mine came out perfect as usual, everyone else’s looked pretty darn good too. Everyone seemed happy and content, no sad faces.

A 2nd staff memeber clocked in and started helping 10 mins after I had been waiting.

I love this place but I had a mobile order the other day that said it would be ready around 12:05pm. I got there at 12:20pm and they only had 2 of the 3 things ready and they didn't acknowledge that I had to wait another 5 minutes while they make it, before I got it.
Also a lot of times I walk in, no one says anything to me even when I'm standing at the mobile pickup for a few minutes. Service isn't great but the product is always amazing.

Did a mobile order and arrived at the store a couple minutes after the pick up time. They said it was about done. A few minutes later a gal walks out of the back and picks up 5 tickets from the machine (mine being one of them) then makes my order. So after PRE-ordering I still waited more than 10 minutes for my order after the pick up time.

Placed a mobile order for a parfait that was going to take 20 minutes. Showed up at the time of pick up. There was one person preparing the orders. I wasn’t acknowledged and had to get someone’s attention to ask about my order. I was told it was going to be prepared. So I waited as the one person continued to make other orders. Then suddenly three additional staff came out, again no one acknowledging me, to prepare orders. I had to ask again for my order already waiting 20 additional minutes. I won’t be back to this Nekter. Luckily there are others with far better customer service.

I wish there was a better pickup area. I had a mobile order but there where other people standing near the pickup area and I didn’t want to cut in front of them, then other people just come in and cut because no one knows if they ordered online or just waiting for their order. Would be good to have a clear door fridge with peoples names so you can just pick up your order and go. Also this location for some reason the açaí blend tastes so different from all other locations, it’s super super sweet
