Man, this place is expensive...but very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. $15 for a medium smoothie.

The girl working today was very nice when I picked up. The order was also correct. My previous visit was the exact opposite. Wrong bowl was given to me and the girl with tattoos was not friendly at time of pick up.

My location in Lake Forest, CA on Rockfield is the best. Best customer service, order speed and accuracy. I’m addicted to my regular order but also, I just like this location better than any other.

The team seems pretty overwhelmed by the orders coming in whenever I visit and are usually pretty unfriendly towards us. Takes usually 20+ minutes even if I order ahead. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but being served by angry staff isn't super pleasant

Not a great experience. Placed an order through the app and was ready 10 minutes after the pickup time. Stood in front of the front desk for 5 minutes with no greeting or asked if I was there for a pickup. Ordered a protein power bowl and they forgot to put the peanut butter in it.
