Severely understaffed. Staff seemed overworked and frustrated. I tried twice today and both times they were too busy for me. Very disappointing. I usually visit this location whenever I’m in the area.
The food is good, but the wait time is always excessive. This is a consistent issue, not a one off. If the app gives a specific pickup time, it is unreasonable to always be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready to receive the food. I do not often leave negative feedback, but considering that this has happened every time for years, it’s clearly an issue with this location.

I paid extra to add blueberries to the top of my acai bowl and even added a tip to my mobile order, however there were no blueberries on top of my bowl when I picked it up.
