Best Acai Bowls!!!

I paid extra to add blueberries to the top of my acai bowl and even added a tip to my mobile order, however there were no blueberries on top of my bowl when I picked it up.

The bowl I got was tasty but it was more of a smoothie than anything

The bowls were not made correctly and since they were to go it was not noticed to late.

Love the menu and the bowls and that your locations open at 7 AM. Please keep that early opening time! Please have the points work just like Jersey Miike's points where the points just accumulate and then once reach a certain level can apply total points to any purchase AND can use points when purchasing on line or in the store.

The 2 bowls I got were tasteless. All we could taste was ice. What happened?!

It's so easy to order in the app and pick up. We love the acai bowls so any time there is a promotion, we definitely come.

I ordered an açaí bowl through uber eats and added chia seeds for extra $$$ . I didn’t even get my chia seeds, I tried calling and no one answers !!!

I have been going to this store for at least 5 years now. Never had an issue. This last visit (11/11) I ordered my usual and unfortunately several times experienced Date pits in my Peanut Butter Bowl. 1 piece was larger and very sharp and pointed. Luckily it didn’t damage in my mouth, gums or teeth. I figured it was just one piece no problem. Further into my bowl I came across 2 more pieces of pits. I threw the rest of my bowl away. I love those bowls but feel I’m a little timid to try them again. I have not alerted the staff there. I did save the pit pieces. They do know me by name there the staff is great.

I usually order the same thing (PopeyesAcai), however my drink was not made with an ingredient that I substituted (coconut water instead of cashew milk). Fortunately I do not have peanut allergies. Honest mistake but please slow down and read ticket carefully.

I love your smoothies as do my daughters. The reason I'm sending this response is to make sure you're aware that the length of time it takes to prepare an order is a bit too long. On average it takes 15-20 minutes to make a smoothie or acai bowl, or whatever, even if your location isn't busy. This is a normal experience regardless of what Nektar I have visited. Maybe find a way to streamline this process to bring it down to 5 minutes or 10?

I enjoy Nektar bowls so much. They are healing and refreshing especially after a long day of work. Staff are always good energy and knock out orders quickly and accurately. Much love.

Great bowls. Employees made eye contact twice but did not acknowledge. No greeting or even a smile. A third employee came from the back before I was acknowledged.

It was great! My bowl was ready quickly and it tasted delicious!

Loved it. I’ve been to a bunch of different smoothie/açaí bowl places and most are subpar. Nectar is right up there with my favorite store called Southblock, but that store doesn’t exist in Los Angeles. When I’m back in town Nectar will be my go to spot?
