The bowl I got was tasty but it was more of a smoothie than anything

We appreciate the BOGO 50% and the protein smoothies were delicious as expected. They were ready when we walked in and we left with happiness in our hands. :)

Absolutely love your smoothies, connivence or ordering online, and employees. Only feedback is I would be more likely to order more frequently if your prices came down a bit. Having a small at nearly $10 is a bit steep when competitors like Juice it up offer their largest size at $12.

Ordered a PB protein smoothie and there was no PB….

Took 30 mins to get a smoothie I ordered online. I asked for an extra cup so I can share it with my daughter and they said it’s a $1 extra for a small plastic cup? I just spend $15 on a smoothie. The staff is sarcastic “have a nice day” with smug tone and gossiping as left. The vibe sucks here and Jamie is rude. Maybe hey sorry for wait and because you waited so long have a free small cup on us. Customer service 101 they need better training. Definitely won’t be back.

Love coming into this location. Emily and all the other staff are delightful and always make a great smoothie for me.

I love your smoothies as do my daughters. The reason I'm sending this response is to make sure you're aware that the length of time it takes to prepare an order is a bit too long. On average it takes 15-20 minutes to make a smoothie or acai bowl, or whatever, even if your location isn't busy. This is a normal experience regardless of what Nektar I have visited. Maybe find a way to streamline this process to bring it down to 5 minutes or 10?

I used to be a frequent customer to nekter until my life situation changed, that was maybe 8 years ago. It's been really cool to see how you guys have expanded the menu. Online ordering was easy, pickup was easy. I was specifically looking for a green smoothie that didn't include banana or pineapple (higher sugar fruit) but I was happy to see that I could add vegetables to any of the smoothies. Maybe consider more green variations? The only reason I didn't give it a full 10 is that I do think the pricing is high. $10+ for a smoothie is a hard sell.

This is hands down the best Nekter location. The juices and smoothies are always consistent and perfectly made and the employees are always friendly and professional. I come here a few times a week and Lake Forest never disappoints. This is a total contrast to your Tustin location. Tustin's smoothies are hardly ever completely blended and I usually get clumpy unblended fruit at the bottom.

Love the smoothies. Prices are high & keep going up - but I suppose that’s most places :/

My order was ready when I got there however not your fault but the smoothie that I picked this time just did not taste very good, but I just know not to order it next time
