This particular location is terrible. Although the food/beverages are good, on more than one occasion they have greeted me, but then nobody takes my order, even though I'm standing at the register. Several other times, after They finally took the puede, they just didn't make it. One time, I waited 10 minutes for them to start the order... and I was the only person in the entire store! They also take exceptionally long to make to items. I frequent several locations and this one is consistently subpar.

Not at all happy with wi-fi speed. The whole lounging furniture is nice. The new Supreme Green smoothie was revolting. It tasted nothing like strawberries, lemons etc instead it tasted overpowered with too much crushed ice. It tasted like water with a slight hint of greens. The manager here needs to spruce up their recipe because it was a disaster. This drink and visit was definitely not worth $9 for this. Fast wifi would be nice. And nobody apologized for this mishap because they were too busy being shocked at the service I got instead of honing in and fixing it or offering me something. Just got totally blindsided by this. Such a regret coming here.

I wasn't impressed with the Orange Crush. The bottled strawberry lemonade had cayenne pepper. I don't know if that's a trend but it ruined the drink.

Delicious vitamin and nutrient packed smoothies in a cafe setting, everytime I've been in its been clean with a helpful staff, would recommend

I love Nekter, but this one takes a really long time 20-30 minutes for a pitaya bowl. Puts a bad name to the Nekter company

It's a new location that just recently opened... staff seems like they are still learning how everything works... but the end product is still amazing.... I am sure they will be 5 stars soon! 👍
