I ordered online and when I arrived nobody acknowledged me and I sat right by the pickup table and waited for about 20 minutes - other mobile orders (maybe 4 or 5) came and went and finally I asked what’s up with my drink and it was behind the windows where they make them, just sitting there for ten minutes. Kinda frustrating and didn’t seem like the workers were really paying attention to what was going on.

I have been visiting this location for years. There were two women there that knew my name, made my smoothies perfect every time, and even knew when I screwed up my order because I order the same thing. I heard at least one was promoted, which I am happy for her, but the new young kids that work there now are so unfriendly and look like they hate their jobs. It used to be my favorite morning stop. Not any more. Sad.

It was great! I ordered online for delivery, and I forgot to add something to my smoothie. I called Nekter right away and they were great with the last-minute changes. The orders got delivered very quickly!
