Bad customer service, and late mobile order. It took over 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. None of the employees greeted me for multiple minutes. There was only one smoothie ahead of my order and it was still late.

The girl that was working was so kind. You should let her know she really touched my heart when she offered to help me. I was on crutches and she said oh let me take this to your car. I said I could handle it but she seemed genuine, and you don't get that type of customer service these days. I would give this experience a 10, sadly I didnt get her name. I hope you read these and can figure out who it was.
