Waited 10 minutes past designated pickup time before receiving my order. The website shouldn’t include a tip option when an order is placed; it doesn’t make sense to give tips before the order is made. All too often, this pretip process means a tip is given even if the service is bad. It’s like tipping the cook in a restaurant before the meal is cooked even though the cook doesn’t serve the meal. Workers in fast or fast casual restaurants should not be tipped. I resent it when I have to take out my reading glasses and go through a time consuming extra step to bypass the tip option when my credit card is charged at a fast/fast casual restaurant, especially drive thrus, that don’t provide any table waiting.

I place pick up orders and they have been on time. And the one time they weren’t they were figuring out how to put my drink accommodations in the right size cup. They’ve always been great!

The experience was great but the only issue that I had was that there's no option for half Agave on the app. You can only choose between no Agave or add Agave.
