I didn’t get the girls name over at the lake forest location. She is amazing and can tell she is are very passionate. Sure will miss this location when I relocate in Newport next week. Everything there is beautiful

Very good customer service. Unfortunately my son did not like the peanut butter on the new waffle. But they made him a plain one right away. Thanks so much! I loved the waffle btw!

it has been good until this week....I'm really disappointed with the recent changes to the 'small' parfaits. Not only has the price gone up, but the portion size seems noticeably smaller than before. I used to enjoy getting them regularly, but now it feels like I'm not getting the same value. I hope this can be looked into. Or you just lost a customer.

The products are delicious. I ordered online and was shocked today when I walked in the the really nice girl pulled my order out of the fridge without me getting to the counter because she remembered me from last week. That was amazing.
