Great service, very kind staff

I was satisfied with how my order was prepared but it I think there were areas of improvement. For example I placed my order 2 hours early to give time to the staff to prepare the 5 items. But when I stopped to pick them up they were not ready , it got ready a few minuets after the pick up time which is no big deal but our meeting was starting in 5 minutes which made me stressed. Also they were missing one item and after I asked for it the lady who was helping me out went back and found it.

Staff members were attentive, friendly, and got my drink done swiftly. Thanks guys!

It was ok. Waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie seemed a bit long.

It's a hit or miss. Last week my orders were great today the peanut butter was missing in the peanut butter bowl. A few weeks ago I got the wrong bowl and so on. Then the week after that was good and I even got a credit. It's hard to tell. 🤷

I placed my order online and picked it up in-store. The staff were very friendly, and the store was spotless. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer service! My drink was ready within two minutes of my arrival. I had just ordered it in the app.

My mobile order was not ready on time and there was no one to greet me at the end of the bar to pick up my “skip the line” order.

This has become my "go-to" stop - I work close by, and I pop in during my meal break for a smoothie. Jaime is awesome - always friendly and helpful - makes great suggestions and awesome smoothies!

I visit 4 different Nekters on a regular basis and the staff in Lake Forest if by far the friendliest. My go to order is AB Heath Nut and a Tumeric Shot with black pepper.
