I was pressed for time, which is why I ordered ahead. I went into the store after the time that the drinks should've been made by end the staff did not even pull the sticker from the sticker machine to start the drink yet Also, I paid extra money for extra ginger. And my drink did not taste like it had any ginger.

I ordered on the mobile app. I was never notified of my order being completed. I decided to approach the counter 10 minutes after the estimated completed by time. When I did, my items were placed on the counter and I was told to bag myself. This is poor customer service.

This location has great quality regarding the products, but staff isn’t always the nicest. Depending on the shift, you’ll get someone nice or rude.

Friendly and smoothie was delicious

The smoothies are fresh. Service is the best. I love coming here every time. I’m always greeted with a smile. I love how fast and easy it is to come here. I don’t have to worry about Waiting in line for a long time and I know it’s fresh.
