Everything was great, the only negative was a small one, but it was that I requested that they add pineapples to my bowl and when I had gotten home I saw that there were none.

Well I had ordered my bowl online a 1/2 hour before pick up and it wasn’t ready.

Service was quick and friendly and the protein power bowl with extra PB was AMAZING!

I ordered a bowl online at 4:31 pm and the app said it was being processed. I drove to the store and it was closed with a sign saying that it would be closing at 4 pm today. So I drove back all the way home. However, it has of course been charged. Also, at 4:51 pm I received an email saying that my order was ready to pick up; I would like to know how, if the store was closed and with that sign at the door. Of course, I haven’t driven again all my way to the store because I have felt insulted.

Tasty food as always. However, understaffed is one issue. The two workers were overwhelmed (lunch hour). I felt bad having one come over to let her know we were there for a pick up order. Another issue, they were out of bowls. We got our “bowl” in a drink cup. Does this contain the same amount of smoothie and fruit? Maybe more frequent inventory? The spoons were also out after I took the last 2 and they are too short for the cup we got our smoothie bowls in. Thank you for your help.

I really love Nékter! The açaí bowls are really good and the fruit if very fresh!

The constancy of the product is lacking. The flavor of the base in the nektar bowl is always different and they finish of the bowl is always different. The training of the staff seems lacking and the quality isn't there.

Every time I order online it takes the employee 5 minutes to find my order by checking the same 2 fridges multiple times. Also today the banana on top of the bowl was not ripened. It was very bitter.

Fresh smoothie and açaí bowels with friendly service. 👍👍. We stopped in to try this place out after a long day hiking.

Ordered online and my order was not ready within the time I was told. I still waited 20 min. more once I was atthe location. My bowl was not even 1/2 full of the açaí mix and had a pinch- and I do mean a pinch of granola. The container was barely 1/2 full including all toppings. Not happy with service.

All my online orders are always ready before the suggested wait time. It’s s quick in and out situation for me, as I pick my Nektar bowl on my way to work. Your online portal is very easy to work with. Also love the option of saving my cc info on the account - saves a lot of time.

Everything is done fresh, we love getting drinks and fruit bowls ! The workers are very nice !

I had placed an online order and when I arrived at the designated time to pick it up, I was told it would be 15 more minutes until my order would be ready. When I received my order, only one of the fruits that was supposed to be on my bowl was on it. So I felt that I overpaid for what I received.

you guys ran out of strawberries and pineapples so when I came to pick up my order they told me I needed to pick a different bowl , my bowl was still good though
