I wait 45 min for my order and it wasn’t complete I order 2 juices y bowl, I left with only 1 juice and the protein bowl

I bought a bowl and I paid for extra berries and extra granola. When I went to pickup the order they didn’t give either. When I said something, the person helping me rolled her eyes in front of me. I felt guilty. I showed her the recipt. Then when she went to add the berries, she looked at me and just threw the berries into my bowl. It was so uncomfortable. It made me feel guilty for even saying anything. I love the product and usually the customer service is so awesome and upbeat. It was just a sad series of unfortunate events. I love Nekter and I will be back, but it was just so awkward and I felt guilty.

The Napa Nektar needs help!!!! I love your product but your store in Napa needs help from Corporate! In the last month blenders don’t work, credit card reader doesn’t work, no receipts, no bowls, out of fruit, out of toppings, no Manager. There is always a problem! Today I couldn’t order want I wanted, couldn’t use my credit card, got no receipt to use for my rewards app. Served a bowl product in a cup because out of bowls, didn’t get my toppings because they were out! I couldn’t even buy a gift card! You need to help Napa Nektar!!!!

When you are out of something that is supposed to be in the bowl or drink, you should substitute with something instead of just not adding. No bananas today,only because i asked did i get berries added (employee was nice about it). Otherwise it's all good

Great acai bowl.

I love the company and product but the service at the Napa store is awful. On 4 occasions I have been give a “bowl” in a large cup cause they “just ran out.” It is very difficult to eat it out of a cup with out getting sticky. Every time I do a mobile order and arrive at the time my order should be “done by” I am told “we are working on it right now” then at least 2 other customers receive their order before me. Not sure if they don’t make it till you show up but that’s how it feels. In the Napa store there never seems to be enough staff. On 2 occasions I have been given very unripe banana on my bowl and it’s repulsive. I don’t think I can be a customer anymore until the Napa store changes.

I really like nekter. My only suggestion would be that staff should have some kind of dress code to work. Today when I came in to pick up bowls. There was one staff member that had a t-shirt and basketball shorts. I get understand is a comfortable work place and that might be the dress code but it just doesn't look good. Plus having them wear an apron would be very sanitary as well. Over all it was an okay visit. Thanks!

Very frustratied you did not have products to make bowl this is the second time staff is good happy but having enough product in house should not keep happening I used to be a chef and know this comes from improper managing

I ordered Acai Mango but got Acai Strawberry Bannana and Pineapple instead

The past few order in the am weekends found the location out of certain fruits for bowls. My wife just picked up a mango bowl and there were no bananas on it but the staff did not say anything. She noticed whennshe got home. Seems to be a pattern of declining quality control and product.

I ordered 3 pirata bowls through app. But they were out of coconut water. They couldn’t make it. If I knew, I didn’t stop by. Why'd my order go through?

My smoothie bowl and juice were ready when I arrived which was nice.

Usually everything is great. Today my bowl was gross, watery and missing banana. Overall I love going here. We all have off days.

I love your açaí berry bowls and it’s my favorite thing to order. As much as I love your products and the service, I have one small complaint based on today’s order. I asked for no granola on my banana berry bowl, however they did not counter the request in and I found granola on top. Also, I had requested for mango inside, but I couldn't tell from the taste of it was or not. My grouse was more due to the granola, not as much for the mango. You guys nail it every time, so don’t think that this’ll be my last order. Thanks.

Sent in a review but here it is again. They are super nice. Just feel that my bowl was smaller then normal. Not as much fruit on top. They keep say someone will be right with you but one guy was making everything and the girls were walking around and getting back from break.
