Stopped by Nékter while I was in Bel Aire Plaza and was pleasantly surprised. I got an açaí bowl and it was really good — plenty of fresh fruit, good amount of toppings, and it actually felt filling without being super heavy.
The staff was friendly and helpful even though they were pretty busy, and the store looked clean and well kept. I also like that there are so many ways to customize the bowls and smoothies depending on what you’re in the mood for.
Definitely one of the better spots in Napa when you want something fresh and healthier than the usual grab-and-go food. I’ll be back to try some of the smoothies next time.
My mango bowl was not blended all the way through and there was chunks of fruit that we’re supposed to be blended that weren’t

The service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, even though there was no employee at the actual register / counter. The employee was busy making a smoothie and saw me and acknowledged me. Asked if I was there for a pick up order, advised me she would be right with me, and was cordial, speedy, and very professional.

I was craving it because the last time I went there was different employees she did a great job this last time I went service was terrible food was disgusting I had to throw it all away because not only was there a hair in my açaí bowl but he had put way too much much granola in it was so mad spend $20 to throw it all away.
