Stopped by Nékter while I was in Bel Aire Plaza and was pleasantly surprised. I got an açaí bowl and it was really good — plenty of fresh fruit, good amount of toppings, and it actually felt filling without being super heavy. The staff was friendly and helpful even though they were pretty busy, and the store looked clean and well kept. I also like that there are so many ways to customize the bowls and smoothies depending on what you’re in the mood for. Definitely one of the better spots in Napa when you want something fresh and healthier than the usual grab-and-go food. I’ll be back to try some of the smoothies next time.

My mango bowl was not blended all the way through and there was chunks of fruit that we’re supposed to be blended that weren’t

I was craving it because the last time I went there was different employees she did a great job this last time I went service was terrible food was disgusting I had to throw it all away because not only was there a hair in my açaí bowl but he had put way too much much granola in it was so mad spend $20 to throw it all away.

We were shorted one of our Acai bowls. I called the store several times with no answer, and the mailbox was full so I could leave a message.

Bowl was great but employees did not seem interested in helping customers and the order stated it would be ready by a certain time and I arrived 5 min after that time and the order had not be started yet. After I said I was there it was made fairly quickly, but it did not seem busy and I should have been notified if my order was going to be delayed.

Love the bowls. The wait is long and if you have time its ok. Today the wait was long and the bowl did not taste like it did last time. Which one is right? I do not know.

Experience was great. I received my bowl quickly and it was exactly how I ordered it. The staff was a pleasure.

I’m always happy with my bowls I have yet to try a smoothie but when I do it’s game over ! Love the ingredients and the bold colors! I feel good eating nekter !

I ordered online and then immediately came inside so I could request for it to be made Thick. The young man in the back said “yeah I got you” and then quickly had my bowl ready.

I was greeted once I walked in, she was already working on my order and the bowl itself is amazing. I’ll definitely be coming more often!

Bowls are the best, Açaí Banna Berry my favorite! Customer service is pretty good. I always leave satisfied and so will you!
