Took 45 minutes to get a bowl of fruit because only one guy was working until the last minute another guy came in. And halfway through the register broke. The food was alright and they compensated one other lady but nobody else even though we all waited a super long time. Don’t reccomend unless you want to wait a hour for a bowl

Fantastic! My daughter was craving an açai bowl and knew that you guys have a great reputation for delicious bowls and so we popped in and grabbed one. It was a huge hit, can't wait to try more things on the menu in the future.

smoothies and açaí bowls are great but oh my goodness the past 3 times i’ve come in the wait is 40+ minutes EVERYYYY time. so unfortunate since it’s the best juice and smoothie option in napa for sure but the wait time is unreal and making it not feel worth it anymore.

Bowls were tasty and employees were helpful and attentive.

The guy who built my bowl was very kind and moved very fast! The girl behind the counter was also very friendly.

This most recent experience was great--I ordered ahead and it was ready when I got there. My previous experience, last week, I ordered in-store and sat there waiting for 15 minutes for my one açaí bowl and one parfait. There had been three associates behind the counter when we arrived but for some reason two of them disappeared and left only one making our order and two others. That was frustrating. Overall I'm happy with Nekter, but I was in a hurry that time so it was too bad it was slow.

I love Nektar and, the quality of the food you provide for your customers. It is my absolute favorite, and I could eat it every single day. The bowls are so good and the smoothies are delicious!!!

Overall fine. I did a mobile order and my bowl was ready 15 minutes after the planned time given, so that was frustrating.

Service is meh. Need more friendly people. My açaí bowl wasn’t super presentable either.

Much better than last time I visited! Minor complaint. Ordered in app, got there 5 min after pick up time and order was still being finished. However, it was already very melted and runny so it must have set for a while before they started adding the bowl toppings. Store was much cleaner than before and the employees were far more professional. Thank you!

I placed my order online for pickup and once I got there my açaí bowl was ready to go. Fast and easy.

My only complaint was that my bowl was watered down so much like it was nothing but liquid. I did not have time for them to remake it so I had to deal with it

Excellent, but really surprised how much for my bowl! It was delicious, but probably more if less than $10.
