Walked in with one other customer currently in the shop. Ordered my juice and waited 5 minutes. One employee was washing dishes while the other was standing around. Then customers started coming in and saying they had pick up orders. Those orders were then immediately made and sent out. I walked out after 25 minutes of waiting for my juice and witnessing about 7 other people with pre paid orders get theirs. Didn’t realize this was the system of the place. In a nutshell: Severely understaffed, watched the staff wait around until other customers came in instead of working on my order, and terrible operation where it seems it is just known that people need to place their order ahead of time.

smoothies and açaí bowls are great but oh my goodness the past 3 times i’ve come in the wait is 40+ minutes EVERYYYY time. so unfortunate since it’s the best juice and smoothie option in napa for sure but the wait time is unreal and making it not feel worth it anymore.

Online ordering was very simple and easy! When I arrived, I didnt have to wait too tereibly long to be noticed, was greeted, and handed my drink. The juice I ordered was delicious and just right. Also, the portion size was pleasantly surprising! I ordered a small but discovered that it is much larger than most smalls. It made the value feel better than I'd anticipated.

Juice and smoothies are great. We've gone back several times and love it. We've had a couple of instances where the orders were not correct, but overall, love this place.

Infinitely better than Jamba Juice, fresh quality, I like that they keep drinks in cooler for to go orders rather than kept on counter.

Haven’t been here in a while… waiting for my 2 juices feeling like I’m going insane. Two separate songs playing at the same time. One in the general customer area idk what it is because it’s drowned by inappropriate rap music from the kitchen… what in the world?

The staff were really nice and attentive. The juice was delicious and fresh. Yesterday was my first time and i had to come back the next day!

Your representatives at the counter are great. Friendly, young, and welcoming. The online ordering system is significantly flawed. I spend about 5 minutes dabbling with the options on my mobile device (and even computer) to finalize my order only to have it say the online ordering system is down. It would be so nice to order my juice/bowl and pick it up. I don't want to wait in line and listen to blenders go off that make me go deaf. You have quality juice and bowls. Making it simple for the customer to order in advance, willingly pay you, and pick it up, and get the hell out of the store would help.

It was ok, I was trying to order online but one item said it was unavailable. So I placed part of my order online and went to pickup. When I was there I asked if it was in stock. The gentleman said yes but didn’t correspond why it wasn’t online or anything to rectify it. I had to wait for it to be made but it was fairly quick since it was a juice. Glad you open early so I can swing by before work.
