I love your juice. But ordered extra ginger and there wasn’t any ginger in my drink!

Great. I love ordering online and having my juice ready to pick up as soon as I walk into the juice bar. I also like to design my own drinks and the app does it, and saves it for me for the future.

I placed an online order. A girl called and said they’re out of lime, orange, fennel, and something else (basically cutting out all the juices you guys make). Then, the girl that called me must have dipped out after I told her what I wanted, and didn’t relay it to anyone else here. So a bunch of people that came in after me got their drinks made first and some other girl just comes over and goes, “are you waiting on something?” Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but standing around being ignored for 15+minutes on a Monday morning is not ideal.

Great tasting extracted juices. We had beets, apple, ginger, carrot and turmeric.

Clean, polite staff. Too loud when the juicer is on. It takes a very long time for one juice when it is not busy.

My online order is always ready when I get there and everyone is super friendly! Love ordering from Nekter! Also very happy they added the blended juices so we get the full pulp and fiber. Great job!

My juice as not good

We love Nekter! The juices, smoothies and bowls and are great as a snack or a meal replacement. The Napa location is clean and the staff is friendly. Sometimes the wait is long, but I try and order on the app before I leave my house so our order is ready when I arrive.

Mobile order went great this a.m. I liked that I was acknowledged and asked if I had a mobile order when I walked in. Also that the staff coordinated and handed me my order right away. It helps when you are in a rush, to not have to wait. -I'll be ordering on a regular basis now, because it was always the waiting that was hard to coordinate Juice into my morning.

Service was ok, my juice was very spicy and burnt my mouth. I didnt add and spice or ginger so i was not sure why. Other times have been good but not this last time

I ordered online in advance but when I went to pick up my order they made me get my own juices from the fridge and had nothing assembled for me. Made me wonder what the point was - what if they'd been out of those juices when I had gone to pick them up? Also took the girls up front several minutes to acknowledge that I was at the front counter waiting. Love your products but I'll just order at the store from now on - no point in planning ahead.

Lovely presentation of the choices, yummy, too. I'd give 5 stars... if they used organic food, and if I didn't have to wait 1/2 hour to get the juices I ordered.
