Juice was ready when I got there and it was a perfect juice.💝

Service is always great & I LOVE your juices, but today I ordered online as I wanted to pick up on my 15min work break. I ordered at 3:09 and didn't receive my order until 3:45 :(

Great but i wish you would allow people to order bowls before 7:15. I come in almost every morning to get my celery juice, and have to call them on my way in to make my bowl. I can’t make it to work on time without ordering it ahead of time.

Online ordering makes getting delicious fresh juice super fast and easy. There is a 20 minute window, but sometimes it’s less than 10 that your order is ready.

Sometimes the service is amazing and sometimes it’s, well, not. It’s hard to find consistency in the service as well as the juice sometimes. I still will return and hip I get the friendly, quick guy, instead of the feet dragging, mopey girl.

I place an online order for 8 juices on the app 1 and 15 minutes hour prior to pick up. When I arrived (after the scheduled pick up time) only two were made. They hadn’t seen I needed 7 of one kind. I understand the oversight, but when I arrived they were unapologetic for not having attention to detail. The guy pulled the order receipt from the trash bin and said “oh yeah there were 7 but I didn’t think it was right.” I love Nektar and will continue to go there. But I was very disappointed with the execution of my order that day.

Can’t beat this place! Healthy and tasty. This juice here compared to the ones they make next door at Whole Foods are second to none. Hit this joint up. The bowls are awesome too!

I went in to your Nekter Juice Bar in Napa around 7pm on 9/25/2018, I went up to your counter & was never greeted. The young lady who slowly came up to the front to help me stated their juicer was not working. (I had asked for a Toxin Flush). Today (9/26/2018) I called before driving there to make an order since I live across town & the lady who picked up the phone stated they have 2 juicers & that only one was the one not working, she apologized for the info I was given the day before. I was very disappointment with this incident. I felt like I they did not want to take the time to take my order & make it. I will debate whether I want to go back or not.

Wonderful experience here in Napa! We live in AZ & we’re so excited to be able t have our favorite juices here as well. Love the freshness & consistency! Thank you!

Hello I been stopping twice a day to grab either the toxin juice or the apple detox and in the afternoon a beet juice with all kinds of stuff and they been great but this last time they added too much ginger on the morning one that it was really hard to drink and had to throw it out I hope it won’t happen again
