Placed an order for celery juice and when I got to the store they ran out. Placed the order yesterday. Not happy at all.. I have to come back to Napa during the weekend to pick it up.

I did not receive my whole order. I am missing a juice.

Pick up was smooth and the juice delicious

Placed an order at 8:30am for 9am pickup, one green juice. Was not ready until an hour later.

I’m disappointed that the online ordering is frequently disabled. Of course I understand rushes. When I order, I usually purchase 2-4 drinks. I don’t care when they are prepared, I just want them to be ready when I arrive. I understand that if I have a pick-up time of 2pm, you make the juice close to that time. Since I order “No ice” this is not necessary. Last order, 2 drinks were ready for me, but 2 had to be made on the spot. I picked them up over an hour after they were ordered, so this was unacceptable.

I love Napa Nektar juice bar. Staff is always nice even when backed up and busy.

The customer service is fantastic.I love to create my own juice.

Overall I receive good service and my juices are made in a timely manner.

I would like the option to pick up my freshly made juices daily so that I drink them the same day they're made. I know the juices are still beneficial after 3 days, but according to some reliable sources, some nutrients are lost after a certain number of hours due to oxidation. If I had the daily pick-up option, I would be more inclined to do juice cleanses more often and for longer periods of time.

I fell in love with NeKter earlier this year. I’d always overlooked it as it is a bit hidden, but I was so pleased when I tried it. I especially LOVE the “Toxin Flush” as my go-to juice. (The bowls & chia pudding are amazing too) Lately the staff give me the run around as to why they can’t make any juice…usually saying the juicer is being cleaned. Really?! At 4:00pm the juicer is being cleaned for the day, and therefore no one can order juices. Ridiculous if you ask me! Juices should be available ALL DAY, up till Closing. This has happened 5 times recently. Other times I’m told they are out of this or that ingredient which is crucial to the flavor of the juice I want. Is this due to poor management? Lack of training?? I’d think the owner would not be happy at repeatedly turning customers away, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at your store. I might as well buy my own juicer and skip the headache of parking, and frustration of walking out empty handed. I defected from Jamba Juice. Sad to say I may have to find alternative fresh juice options. I want to support your store, and I truly hope you stay in business.

Store is consistently out of products. Today signs on door said cash exact change only (has been for weeks) no juices no bowls. Hoping it’s pandemic related. Was never a problem before. Love the store

The staff was super friendly and the drink was great. My only complaint is that the cup wasn't full. There was an inch of space between the juice and the rim of the cup.

I recently moved to Napa, CA and I am extremely happy to have a neighborhood Nekter Juice Bar.

I wait 45 min for my order and it wasn’t complete I order 2 juices y bowl, I left with only 1 juice and the protein bowl
