Great but i wish you would allow people to order bowls before 7:15. I come in almost every morning to get my celery juice, and have to call them on my way in to make my bowl. I can’t make it to work on time without ordering it ahead of time.

I had ordered my açaí bowl ahead of time on the app ( approximately 15 minutes before arroving) and when I arrived they hadn’t even started making my bowl and there was no one in the store. I understand it may take some time even if you preorder but if there is no one in the store that’s a little disappointing. Also, I ordered the peanut butter bowl which I have done multiple times over the last few weeks and they have forgotten to put the peanut butter in my bowl multiple times. I think the Napa location is great but I have been disappointed the last few weeks I have gone in there

As always, Nekter in Napa is super quick and the staff is so nice. Love my weekly açaí bowl and even better, it’s always prepared perfectly and ready when I arrive. Thank you!

Excellent. I was greeted & served with good service and a smile! Maybe wished I had a wee bit more granola to finish off the acai. But really-love using the app & terrific service!

I usually don’t write reviews but I went into Napa nektar on Friday afternoon at 4 and was not greeted by anyone I finally ordered and while the cashier ran to get strawberries the two girls behind the counter were having a conversation and looking on their phones. The cashier was gone about 10 Minutes and the girls hadn’t started making my açaí bowl that I ordered. I watched two people come in and leave because no one greeted them. After 15 minutes I finally got my berry bowl. There was no other patrons in the store except myself. Really unacceptable. Employees Need better customer service training

Great fresh food! Bowls are my fav! Ordering through the app is so easy and convenient!

I come everyday before i head to work and they always make my acai bowl good and always on time.

Can’t beat this place! Healthy and tasty. This juice here compared to the ones they make next door at Whole Foods are second to none. Hit this joint up. The bowls are awesome too!

Took 25 minutes for my bowl to be ready. Ordered 20 minutes before hand

The service was good but my bowl was not. it hardly had any fruit toppings and was missing the coconut flakes the mango acai bowl comes with. I was never told it didn't have it until I was about to eat the bowl did I notice the contents.

Good but my peanut butter bowls didn’t have peanut butter in them this time, or if they did not very much at all. I could not taste it at all.

I love the concept of Nektar. My son and I regularly go there after I pick him up from school (about three times weekly. There have been periods of time where we stopped going because the service is often poor. Specifically, it is not uncommon to have those people making the bowls not follow the order. My order is always without agave syrup and about half the time the bowl is made with syrup. Similarly, I order the "greenie" option and find about one in every four or five times that the actual lacks greenie. When Nektar opened there was a manager there daily who oversaw quality and cleanliness. That seems lacking. Thanks, John

I ordered online and a few minutes later I received a phone call that they didn’t have frozen strawberries or bananas. That was a bummer, I mean almost every bowl had those two ingredients.

Good but you needed more staff for a busy day like this, and once again I paid for an add-on that didn’t make it into the bowl. Maybe don’t charge for it until you have a way of assuring it happens.

Twice already I have ordered on-line and have gotten either the wrong item or missing ingredients I have been charged for. Once I ordered two Açaí Bowls and when arrived home to eat - one was a peanut bowl. Then last order i ordered bee pollen on top, was charged for it on two bowls and it was missing once arrived home and opened the containers. Will just need to open and ch xk each order now?! Christine
