Everyone is always so nice and professional when I go in, and the bowls are always consistent amazing!! I am officially addicted!!

Today, It took a couple minutes to be acknowledged. Once I did they handed me the food. My order said no bananas. The girl was like you selected no bananas to be mixed not no bananas at all. Overall I was a little upset because I said no bananas extra berries and granola and paid for it. I have gotten a normal bowl with no extras and there was the same amount of food.

Excellent! I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. I also asked for my smoothie bowl with no banana, and it was properly made. Definitely will order here again!

As a business person, I understand staffing issues, but online ordering has been offline frequently as well as shortened hours of operation that are inconsistent. A couple of your original staff is outstanding with great customer service skills. Specifically a female that only works weekends now but used to work daily. She has blond hair and very good at follow through and remembering the customers. There has been an apparent ordering issue lately as well, out of bowls, or other products. Meanwhile I love the business and went with my wife to the Danville location yesterday as well. I will continue to recommend, but hope we get back to the way you were running this past summer.

I ordered an acai bowl on the app and it was ready exactly when I asked for it. It was delicious and saved me so much time ordering ahead.

Every time I go it was perfect, but today my bowl was half empty and the banana was cut in huge pieces...

It was good. I feel like the acsi blend part of the bowl wasn't as full as it usually is, but we ordered three of the same thing and my daughters' seemed okay, so it might just have been mine. I was just a little disappointed. Thanks.

We love Nekter! The juices, smoothies and bowls and are great as a snack or a meal replacement. The Napa location is clean and the staff is friendly. Sometimes the wait is long, but I try and order on the app before I leave my house so our order is ready when I arrive.

Ordered 3 smoothie bowls from the app. They were ready on time and they all tasted perfect. The peanut butter bowl is often inconsistent and sometimes I wonder if peanut butter was added, but this time it was perfect! Just like the first time I tried one. Whoever worked the am shift on July 21 should be complimented.

I always get one of the bowls. Honestly, today's bowls (we got 3) we below average - they're usually much better! They were runny and not very flavorful - it was like there was too much ice or water. Otherwise, I love Nekter and go frequently.

Love online ordering. I usually get a bowl of some sort. Tried a smoothly this time, but it was a little too thin for me. Will stick with bowls.

Everyone is always very friendly! I come in pretty often and have noticed the bowls have seemed smaller the last couple times I was in. Part of my order was wrong last time but nothing I was too worried about and since I had gotten it to go I didn't notice until after I got home, we ate it anyways :).
