I asked for extra banana on my order and got no extra banana, I feel like the employees can take more time reading the order. It was probably a pre-made bowl.

Service was excellent. Ordered in advance and was ready on arrival. However, bowls weren’t as good as usual. Very watery without much flavor.

I like going here very often m, I usually make my orders through the app but decided to go ahead and order in the store today. I love ordering the açaí banana berry bowl, but today I received a rediculous amount of granola in the bowl. It contained more granola than the açaí smoothie and that made me very upset. They should contain a fair amount of each and less granola so that it tastes more like a smoothie bowl than cereal.

I usually love Nekter, but this time the place was a mess, there were boxes from new orders all over in the front right behind the cash register. My acai bowl was also really thin again. its like I'm eating soup.

I think the old peanut butter bowl was better than this new one with apples.

I usually love Nekter, but I got a superfood bowl and it was super runny like soup. A little bit disappointed

When I went to pick up my items the store was closed with no one in sight. Other patrons around were having the same problem. Please either credit back my account or provide a comp bowl Thank you, Allison

I usually have a good experience however this time my bowl was not even filled halfway with the smoothie part of the bowl, there was too much granola to the point that this is all I can taste when I ate it.

Ordering through the app is fairly easy. However, when I got to the store, everyone was in the back. It took minutes for someone to realize that another shopper and I were there. Then it took another few moments for that person to come out and help us. My bowl was sloppy and had food all over the outside of the bowl. Not the best experience I’ve had there

The kids working at Nekter are great. They work fast and are very friendly and respectful. The bowls are a delight

The açaí bowl tasted a little different than normally. I usually get the same one everything time. Not sure if it was made differently. Besides this it was okay.

I love The Mobil order process! Yes byword your newest bowl and it was great! Service was fast and friendly!
