bowl don’t look like picture!!! not full :(

The people seem nice. The bowls are off. They never taste the same and since the first order the bowls have not been as good. I even ordered extra almond butter in the last one and you could not taste it. In fact the consistency was thinner than the others. So it is the product or how the employees have been trained to make the bowls. I doubt we will order again.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to make my order. The atmosphere was great and chill and I would have sat down and enjoyed my bowl if I had more time. The detox drinks I bought were also delicious.

I really do love Nektar but I did have to wait a long time last visit. I ordered a smoothie bowl and a large greenie. I placed an order on the app when I was about 10 minutes away and when I got there, the bowl was already done but I had to wait over 10 minutes past the “your order will be ready” time for just the juice. Customers who came in and ordered were out the door before me.

Service on Saturday, 8/12/23 was extremely slow due to steady flow of customers and seemingly not enough workers? I was also disappointed that my bowl had about 1/2 the content that it usually does. I'm hoping it was a one off bad day, but I've never been in there when it was that busy. It would've been nice to receive some sort of acknowledgment from a staff or manager about the extensive wait.

I am a big fan of Nekter, however… I didn’t receive the pb drizzle I ordered on my bowl (which was an extra cost) and then the employee let my husband leave with only half of my mobile order. He had to drive all the way back to pick up my juice.

Awesome! I placed an online order but it wasn’t ready upon my arrival. I forgot to press “place order!” They saw the disgust on my face, mDe my bowl anyway on the spot and waited for me to process the order!!! The manager who worked on this day is awesome! Super nice guy!
