I have recently started coming here and trying different items each time I come. I thought it would be a fun treat for my friends at work to try out some smoothies, too. I love the option to where I can order in my app, so I placed my order & scheduled a pick up order the night before I planned on picking up smoothies for my office. As I was reviewing my order the next morning, I realized I had ordered one too many smoothies. I called the store about 40 minutes before my scheduled pickup time to see if I could edit my order to get an additional bowl in place of the smoothie. I was pretty disappointed that the person who answered the phone wasn't willing to accommodate my order change; especially since I was ordering so many & considering I did call 40 minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time. Other than that, I've always been happy with my orders and my service.

Always fast. Always Fresh. Staff is friendly and it’s beyond delicious. Use the app and order a head so it’s ready when you get there- the Protein Power Bowl is hands down a fav!

The service was excellent. I love the dragon fruit bowl! I especially like adding blueberries to it. The granola adds a nice little crunch to it. Banana goes well with everything at Nekter. I was a little disappointed with the recent price increase. That does not change the quality of the product. The quality is great.

I actually go out of my way and drive across town to come to Nektar even though I live about a 3 minute drive from Ever Bowls on Northshore. I attended the grand opening and and have been a loyal customer ever since. I feel that the quality of the ingredients surpass exponentially that of other similar local establishments and products offered are most like what I would make at home.

I love your product. Sometimes your staff is very friendly, other times they barely say a word. Your product is good, but sometimes the açaí bowls are half full, sometimes three quarters full, and very rarely, very full. I do recommend your company, but just feel as though I never know if I am going to get my money’s worth.

I wasn’t feeling great -I just left UT hospital and asked my daughter to stop by Nekter on our way home. I placed the order from UT’s parking lot and it was ready when I arrived at Nekter. They just finished making my Toxin flush and immunity bowl. Both were perfect and delicious. I’m grateful for a company that makes really healthy juices and bowls!

I ordered a bowl online and when I came to pick it up it was already complete and ready! Great customer service!

Well… I dropped my açaí banana berry bowl just a few steps out the door so didn’t get much… so I was mostly just sad 😭

This was an online order, but my husband’s bowl was only 3/4 full. He called and was told that sometimes that happens. I called back and asked for the manager and was told they would be calling me back. I never heard back. We love your bowls, we just something get shorted. We still order from you but we always expect something will be wrong…. My bowl was short when we ordered yesterday.

The Knoxville crew is amazing and my smoothies and açaí bowls are always amazing!

You’re customer service is always top notch. The smoothie bowls are my go to for breakfast or brunch!
