I’ve come to this Nekter location several times before without any issues. Usually the only downside is how long it can take for them to make your order…waiting upwards of 10 minutes to get a small juice! 😬 A couple days ago, I got a Toxin Flush juice and tried their new strawberry refresher. The juice was extremely watered down without the potent kick I’ve had in all other locations, and the refresher tasted like jicama juice, no detectable strawberry flavor at all to me! 😆 I was already home before I tasted the drinks otherwise I would’ve asked for a replacement. Overall I was extremely disappointed by spending $17 on two drinks that were not up to Nekter’s usual standards.

The nicest girls work at Nektar. They are always faster than scheduled too.

Order was made incorrectly- then when calling to report no one had any idea how to fix. Recommend educating staff on how to process partial refunds for services not provided.

So yeah. Perfect smoothie/ smoothie bowl place. I have such a sensitive tummy and this place really nails it. All the waffles are Gluten Free by the way, and very satisfactory. Food is not oversaturated with sugar, and the employees are always very kind. My favorite Sunday Morning Ritual.

Freshest and best quality juice in the Knoxville area (including surrounding counties hands down. Every juice combination is good. Im also a big fan of their bowls and ice cream stuff they make from fruit and veggies. Good atmosphere too
