I’ve come to this Nekter location several times before without any issues. Usually the only downside is how long it can take for them to make your order…waiting upwards of 10 minutes to get a small juice! 😬
A couple days ago, I got a Toxin Flush juice and tried their new strawberry refresher. The juice was extremely watered down without the potent kick I’ve had in all other locations, and the refresher tasted like jicama juice, no detectable strawberry flavor at all to me! 😆 I was already home before I tasted the drinks otherwise I would’ve asked for a replacement. Overall I was extremely disappointed by spending $17 on two drinks that were not up to Nekter’s usual standards.

Freshest and best quality juice in the Knoxville area (including surrounding counties hands down. Every juice combination is good. Im also a big fan of their bowls and ice cream stuff they make from fruit and veggies. Good atmosphere too

I really enjoy necktar and its varied offerings. My one complaint is that they stop serving juice options at 6:30 but continue to offer everything else on their menu until 7:00. It’s a juice bar? Really confusing. I guess I’ll just stick to coming in the mornings instead of for an evening treat…

We are glad to hear that you enjoy our varied offerings. We offer our full menu, including fresh juices, until our closing time of 7:00 PM.
During your recent visit, there was a misunderstanding by one of our team members, who stopped taking juice orders at 6:30 PM instead of beginning the pre-washing process while continuing to serve juices until closing. This matter has been addressed, and you can expect our full juice menu to be available until 7:00 PM on your next visit.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent visit and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to serving you again and providing a better experience.
The juice is good but it took over half an hour to receive it.

The new Nekter app is better than the previous one but I still had difficulty getting the order to go through and had to start over twice.

I love the bowl and juices. Moreover through out my pregnancy I had all the healthy juices and bowl as it helped me to stay healthy.

One of my favorite places to stop by for breakfast or lunch when I'm in the area. They always deliver quality smoothies and juices.

Just picked up my second juice cleanse with Nektar and I intend on continuing so long as I do not move. (I don't live close so I don't frequently visit)
Juices taste great.
Also stayed to work inside for a bit and I LOVE the low bar. I hate sitting in high chairs at the bars with my computer, and I do not think I have ever seen another low bar before. 10/10. Huge fan of touching my feet to the ground.

I walked in and the girl got my juice that I had prepaid for so there wasn't much to it, but she was very nice. This is my second juice cleanse with you guys and I intend on continuing so long as I do not move.
