So yeah. Perfect smoothie/ smoothie bowl place. I have such a sensitive tummy and this place really nails it. All the waffles are Gluten Free by the way, and very satisfactory. Food is not oversaturated with sugar, and the employees are always very kind. My favorite Sunday Morning Ritual.

I wish I would have gotten the employees name as she was so helpful and understanding. I ordered a smoothie for pickup and went in to get it. They immediately went to get it and it was not ready because I had scheduled for 4:45 pickup instead of the intended 3:45. She did not miss a beat and said "no big deal! I will have it for you in a few minutes!" and she did!! She was so sweet and did not make me feel silly for putting in the wrong time. Great customer service and always delicious treats!

This is my favorite smoothie place! I love all the dairy free options, and I really appreciate that the level of sweetness isn’t too high. I also love all the customization options. It’s convenient to be able to order using the app too!

I had such a great experience at Nekter! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly.
I ordered the Protein Power Bowl with gluten free granola! It was absolutely delicious — packed with flavor, super fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. It was filling without feeling heavy, and you can really taste the quality. There are lots of Gluten free, vegan options, and dairy free.
My husband had the Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie, which he loved. It was rich, creamy, and tasted indulgent while still feeling healthy. We also ordered the Berry Shortcake Waffles, and those were a standout! They were warm, soft, and topped with fresh berries that made them taste like a treat without being overly sweet.
The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and everything came out quickly. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something healthy that still feels like a treat!

I’ve done curbside twice this week and it’s been a horrible experience both times. Do not try this place if you’re wanting to make a scheduled event or in any type of a rush. The first time it took 10-15 minutes for my smoothie. The next time it took 20-25 minutes. I ordered it for 10:45 and got to the curbside spot at 10:30. I had to call at 10:48 and ask if they knew I was here waiting and they finally brought out my smoothie a little after 10:50. There smoothies are so good and refreshing. I love the customization and fresh ingredients but unfortunately the wait time is just not worth it.

I absolutely loved my smoothie! Fresh ingredients and that no in-house raspberry preserves is absolutely a game changer. As soon as I walked in the young lady behind the counter was already addressing me and assisting me with picking up my order that I placed in the app. I wish there were more locations around as I travel between Knoxville and Lenoir City to work some days and it would be nice to be able to grab one when I am out in LC for sure for the day.
