We love Nektar, but the last couple of times the service has been slow and our bowls have not been ready when they said they would be. We did the online order on Tuesday this past week and were told by 11:38 it would be ready, but at 11:55 no one had come out to our car to deliver it so we had to go in and get it. When we went in they had just started making it. Very disappointing service as we had many things to do that day and made us late to what we were going to next.

Hi Alex! We're sorry your expectations were not met. Unfortunately, your order arrived in the midst of a busier 11am-12pm hour on 8/20 than what historical data suggested. There were enough entrees to justify 4 team members working the line during that one hour, but there were only 3 until 11:45am which is when we temporarily went down to 2 due to one of the team members having to get to class. Additionally, we do not have a record of being notified by the mobile app of your arrival. Curbside orders require the guest to mark in the app that they have arrived. We're sorry if you did that and it just didn't come across.
The food is always amazing. The amount you get for the money is very inconsistent. I never know when I order the same bowl how full my bowl will be. To the top, to the 3/4 line, half full…always for the same price and I always tip.
Today, I placed an order ahead of time to be picked up at 9am because I had a meeting at 9. I arrived at 8:57 to pick up my order and got it at 9:11. In the grand scheme of things, I understand we get busy and we have employees that may be new and not that fast. However, being able to place an order ahead of time and schedule a pick up time is usually what people on a timeline do. I’m not going to never eat here again and it isn’t the end of the world, just a subpar experience

Always excellent. Your staff is polite and you make the best berry bowls in town. I recommend you to everyone I know. I just wish you had a location a little further west. But you're worth the drive.

I ordered my bowl online for curbside. I didn’t know how to alert anyone I was there so I went i side to pick it up- which is fine. But maybe instructions on curbside parking sign.
Also I added protein and almond butter to my bowl but there was no way to know if I actually got what I paid for- it would be nice if there was a sticker or someone had written in a sharpie that it was added.

I absolutely LOVE Nékter in Bearden!! I go at least once if not twice a week!! I have the app and just hit “reorder”. So easy and quick. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! The bowls and smoothies rock! Also, I get their ginger and lemon shot. Soooo good!

The bowls were off today. The flavor was lacking and I think the agave syrup was missing. Normally love your bowls, but we were disappointed today.

Only issue was that we checked the box to leave off pineapples and my husband’s bowl had pineapples in it. No biggie but if he had been allergic to them, that would have been an issue. I ate them and they were delish so thankfully they were easy to remove from his bowl.
