This location tends to be under staffed during busy lunch hours. Service from the workers is good and they warn you that they are backed up, but it’s still delayed with advanced mobile orders.

Most important: there is no chia pudding as an option for the app in this store. I know it exists because I have ordered online at other stores and I always add it to my bowl. I also noticed that you have it in the store. It's yummy--might want to fix that in the app.
Experience in the store was fine, and it is a gorgeous space. BUT perhaps the person working could ask the if anyone has a phone order to speed the line, rather than assuming we were all placing an order. 2 of us were just picking up.
Also, she didn't notice my customization -- no strawberries. That's OK, not a biggie, but thought I would mention it.
