Great! I ordered a juice on my phone and it was ready when it was supposed to be. Juices are always delicious!!! The service was absolutely "fine," but I thought it could have been a little friendlier and happy to see me!

the experience is always great and the people are always great, my office manager gets me a bowl multiple times per week. However, occasionally i order online on the weekend and it is not ready when i arrive and there is no one else in the store?
The only real issue i have is that apx 50% of the time, the bowl is "half" full and when I inquired about this some time ago, I was shown the "mix line" on the bowl in an example on the wall, but I add several extra items making this a very expensive bowl, and reasonably assume these items would be in addition to and therefore, would be a full bowl, so to receive a half full bowl is disappointing and makes it not worth the money nor sufficient substantively to have for lunch.

Could have been better. One topping was left off my order which was clearly printed in my receipt. I checked before I walked out and noticed. So that makes me question the quality that goes into online orders.
