We tried to call a phone order but was told no? We ordered online and it took longer than expected.

I was not able to order the pumpkin parfait on the app, and then they said you could only order it on the app, even though it kept erroring out when I said no granola because I wanted gluten free granola. When at the location staff was not very welcoming or accommodating, just said our boss won't let us place the order unless it's online.

My juice was delicious and cool, but even better the worker brought my juice out to me because I had my dog with me. It was very kind of her, and made me even more satisfied with my experience at Nekter.
